My work has spanned two decades across healthcare, pharmaceutical systems, and research environments. I have operated as a Pharmaceutical Director, Medical Extern, Pharmaco-Nutritional Researcher, and Non-Invasive Surgical Operative Assistant — working alongside physicians, pain specialists, and clinical researchers across institutional and private settings. I hold doctoral candidacies through ESGCI Paris and SSBR Zurich, and have developed original research frameworks including the Shino Mechanistic Reasoning Model (SMRM), the Mechanism-Driven Biomedical Intelligence Engine (MDBIE), and the Nutracovigilance governance framework for post-market safety monitoring.
Throughout this work, I observed a consistent and systemic failure: the absence of structured, real-time intelligence frameworks capable of interpreting weak signals across health systems before they become systemic events.
