All intelligence data is sourced from verified government and institutional APIs. NORSINCOM makes no warranty regarding the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of any information displayed. Data should not be used as the sole basis for critical decisions without independent verification.

4. Access Credentials

Dashboard access credentials are confidential. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your access password. Unauthorized sharing of credentials is prohibited.

5. Intellectual Property

NORSINCOM™ is a trademark. The platform design, code, and original content are proprietary. Government data displayed is subject to its respective open data licenses.

6. Limitation of Liability

NORSINCOM is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of or inability to use the platform.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
